The Government of India continues to strengthen farmers through direct support and reforms. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, the 22nd instalment, worth more than ₹18,640 crore, has been transferred directly by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the bank accounts of over 9.32 crore farmers.
