Through reforms and Mission Basundhara, tea garden families are receiving digital land pattas, bringing long-awaited security and opportunities. Covering nearly 760 tea gardens and benefiting about 3.54 lakh families, this initiative reflects the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma to ensure dignity, rights and development for tea garden workers.
