PM Modi laid foundation stone and inaugurated various development works in Daman. While addressing the gathering, he highlighted India’s strong economic momentum as the country recorded 7.7% growth in FY 2025-26 and 7.8% growth in the last quarter ending March 31. He credited the growth to rapid infrastructure development, reforms and large-scale welfare initiatives despite global challenges.
