Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Rajya Sabha on the ongoing conflict in West Asia. He highlighted that he had held two rounds of telephonic conversations with the heads of state of most countries in the region and reiterated the need to restore peace. He affirmed that India has opposed attacks on civilians, civil infrastructure, as well as infrastructure related to energy and transport.
