Guwahati gets a major new platform for local artisans, entrepreneurs and traditional products as Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates the Ekta Mall. Built with support from the central government, the mall will promote One District One Product, GI-tagged goods and regional crafts. It will also strengthen tourism, support small businesses and boost the local economy in Assam.
