Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the launch of various development works in Guwahati, criticised the Congress for spreading rumours and misinformation during challenging global conditions. Speaking about the government’s efforts to support farmers and strengthen India’s self-reliance, he said that while the government was focused on development and stability, some political forces continued to spread fear and propaganda.
